Who

This site is run by Jana Hrabalová (Czech Republic), who is the controller of the details you send through the forms. Until a separate e-mail address is published, you can reach her through the inquiry form.

What

Inquiry form: name, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp if you fill it in, preferred date, level, number of people and your message. With every form the page also records the language, the page the form was sent from, the time and the country derived from your IP address. Name and e-mail are required, without them I can't reply. Newsletter sign-up: e-mail, language and the page you signed up on.

Why and on what basis

Inquiries: to reply and to arrange your booking at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Newsletter: with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Who receives the details

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and storage of the forms). Discord Inc. (notification of a new inquiry or newsletter sign-up to my inbox). Both are based in the USA; transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. If you want to book, the organiser of the safari, Paradise Kitesurf Red Sea in Hurghada, Egypt; this transfer is necessary for the steps you ask for before booking (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). The kite spots map loads base map tiles from the OpenStreetMap Foundation tile servers, which see your IP address.

How long

Inquiries at most 2 years from the last message, newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent. You can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
