Jana Hrabalová
Jája to friends. Kiting is my main hobby and this site is where I write about it.

I kite on Czech lakes like Milada, on the Baltic at Wiek on Rügen, in Sicily and in Hurghada. In winter I snowkite at Moldava and Nakléřov, and on land I ride a kite buggy. I fly, among others, an Ozone Catalyst 16 m² and a Kitech FreeRS 12 and 15 m².
I've been on Mohamed's kite safari in the Red Sea several times. I've known Mohamed for years; back then I built his website, paradisekitesurf.cz, and translated it into Czech. We work together: for guests I bring to the safari I get a commission from him, which is why his safari is the one you'll find most on this site.
Professionally, I've worked in SEO since 2012. That is why the site leans on data you can check: wind statistics, airports, maps from OpenStreetMap and sources under every guide.
What you'll find here
- The kite safari in Egypt with dates, prices and what is and isn't included.
- A map of kite spots with wind across the year and the nearest airports.
- A kite size calculator.
- Guides on gear, learning and kite destinations.
How I write
- Every number has a source, listed under the guide.
- Island descriptions, prices and dates of the safari come from the organiser, Paradise Kitesurf Red Sea, and the page says so.
